Intrastat/Intraweb: problema importazione esiti

Ho inviato il mio primo modello intrastat servizi, primo trimestre 2010.
Ho ricevuto conferma che tutto è andato bene.
Alla fine della procedura ho voluto scaricare gli esiti dell'operazione
Mi sono scaricato due file con estensione P7M che ho scaricato da “esiti” e “risposte”.
Ho letto che se l’icona a destra del file rappresenta una cartella chiusa, non posso aprire il file usando il browser a devo scaricarlo sul PC (come appunto ho fatto) ed aprirlo poi con la funzione “Verifica” che trovo sotto il menù della firma digitale del software Intraweb.

Problema: la funzione di importazione di questi due file non mi funziona. Seleziono il file dalla cartella dove l’ho salvato, ma non succede niente. Non succede cioè la stessa cosa di quando importo il file da firmare.
Clicco su aiuto in linea…e non funziona neanche questo….

Usi Firma e Verifica compreso in Intraweb o l'applicazione che puoi scaricare a parte?
Avevo lo stesso problema usando l'applicazione compresa in Intraweb. Utilizzando il software scaricato a parte sono riuscito ad importare i file ed a verificarli.
A me comunque quei file non sembrano ricevute e neanche ho capito come stamparli.

Avevo lo stesso problema usando l'applicazione compresa in Intraweb. Utilizzando il software scaricato a parte sono riuscito ad importare i file ed a verificarli.
A me comunque quei file non sembrano ricevute e neanche ho capito come stamparli.

Ragazzi, uso il computer da quando avevo 11, non so se sto diventando vecchio e non al passo con i tempi, ma ogni volta che metto le mani su questi software non va mai liscia al primo colpo...

ho fatto come hai detto e la procedura di importazione dei due file ha funzionato. Sono stati creati altri due file, ma anche io non ho capito come usarli.
