Buonasera,
mi è stata proposta una borsa di studio per 1 anno a partire da febbraio 2010. L'unica collega con la quale lavoro è incinta e mi hanno detto che da febbraio devo sostituirla in tutto e per tutto.
Dato che il bando della borsa di studio non specifica questa sostituzione, vorrei sapere se posso rifiutarmi o comunque chiedere di essere assunta con un contratto diverso (per esempio, sostituzione di maternità).
